Lodge Events & Activities for Arrowmen
Our Lodge banquet is an annual event where the entire Lodge gets together to share in fellowship, to feast, and most importantly, to honor those deserving Arrowmen who have done exceptional work for our lodge in various areas.
After six months of service as an Ordeal member, and after fulfilling certain requirements, a member may take part in the Brotherhood ceremony. The ceremony places further emphasis on the ideals of Scouting and the Order of the Arrow. Completion of this ceremony signifies full membership in the Order of the Arrow. Brotherhood is an opportunity for members to evaluate their past service to Scouting (camping and unit involvement) and to their lodge, and to reaffirm their belief in the high purposes of the Order of the Arrow.
Our annual Lodge Leadership Development course is held at UoS annually and is provided free of charge. Members who attend will be able to grow their knowledge of leadership and gain a better understanding of their lodge.
At our Spring and Fall Fellowship gatherings, we prepare for the upcoming Conclave! We practice all activities that are at the Conclave, including Quest Games, AIA events and more. Fellowship! Team Building! And Tons of Fun!
